We use the data you send us through the form or by e-mail only to handle your enquiry.

What data we process
Name, company, e-mail, phone, the content of your message and attached files (for example drawings).
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and, for company representatives, our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
How long we keep data
While handling the enquiry and then for no more than 3 years from the last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and for the periods required by law (for example accounting rules).
Who receives the data
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. It is technically processed only by our web hosting and e-mail provider as a processor. Data is not transferred outside the European Union.

This website does not use cookies or visitor analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to us at drtech@drtech.sk.
